Hershey, PA and Myrtle Beach are two other popular vacation spots for your family.Hershey Pennsylvania is home to Hershey Park.Hershey Park has been voted one of the top amusement parks in FamilyFun magazine.In Hershey, you will find Dutch Wonderland, Hershey Lodge, and Hershey’s Chocolate World Visitor’s Center.Hershey is ninety minutes from Philadelphia and three hours from New York City.
South Carolina is the second most popular state for tourism.Myrtle Beach is one of the biggest vacation spots and receives over thirteen million visitors yearly.Myrtle Beach is located on a sixty mile stretch of beaches.These beaches are called the Grand Strand.Myrtle Beach is not expensive and it is very family friendly.Numerous hotels have activities for children.You will find a lot of family entertainment, including amusement parks, water parks and dinner shows.
Wisconsin and Southern California are other great vacation spots.With a population of only four thousand people, Wisconsin Dells has the most indoor water parks in the world.There are more than twenty resorts that offer indoor water parks.
In Southern California, you can visit Disneyland for your family vacation.Disneyland is much smaller than Disney World.However, it is still a great vacation spot because you can find Magic Kingdom and numerous other theme parks.You can go to the Universal Studios theme park and Legoland where there are live shows, mini-lands built from Legos and fun rides.
If it is in your family’s budget, why not take a vacation to a Caribbean island.Cancun is a beautiful place to take your family on vacation.Cancun’s Hotel Zone draws people who love to dine, shop and enjoy the pleasures of the beach.Many families stay in Cancun stay in all-inclusive resorts.Riviera Mays is south of the Hotel Zone.It has great activities such as snorkeling in a barrier reef or visiting Mayan ruins.
